Art for Personal and Social Transformation

Length: 3 weeks

Students will:

  • Engage in discussions relating to art’s role in sparking social change and creativity’s potential for reimagining the world
  • Create their own definitions of “civic responsibility”
  • Explore injustices that they themselves face
  • Be invited to radically reimagine their world, depicting it through the creation of a digital collage
  • Present and analyze their work to their peers
